Repair or Re-design Jewellery

Valuations

Valuations are required for you’re insurance policies. Most insurance brokers request a current valuation; so as the price of gemstones and precious metals vary over time you may be required to update your valuations to ensure that your jewellery is fully covered.

At House of Riches we offer a convenient and confidential service for all your valuations. We are members of the Jewellery Australia Association. Our on site gemmologist and valuer will be delighted to assist you.

The valuation includes a photograph and a detailed description of the item, which is accepted by all insurance companies worldwide.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. We do not give valuations over the internet

Insurance Quotations

At House of Riches we have an in store Insurance Coordinator to assist you with your insurance replacement. We can handle everything from sending your quotations to the insurance broker to helping you make the final decisions to complete your purchase.

We also offer a personalised gift voucher facility where you can have the voucher addressed to that someone special with a message of your choice.

Buying estate jewellery and silver

A large proportion of our Antique’s we personally purchase overseas which enables us to be very competitive in our pricing.

House of Riches Jewellers is a licensed second hand dealer, which means that our experienced buyers and valuers are authorised to purchase quality estate Pieces

Lay- By

You are welcome to utilize our lay-by without any service charge. The duration of the lay-by is generally for 3 months however, we are more than willing to be flexible providing that regular payments are being made.

House of Riches has always been committed to guarding our customer’s privacy. It is an obligation we take very seriously and under no circumstances will we sell or trade our customer’s personal information.

Any information we collect will be used strictly for communication purposes, and as a means of providing you with information on our products and services

The rethreading and re-knotting of pearls and Beads is another service we provide.

Delivery

House of Riches Jewellers is proud to be located between the city of Perth and the port City of Fremantle. One of the advantages of our location is our ability to quickly deliver product throughout Western Australia and Australia. We regularly ship product to clients in other states within a day of filling the order, and special arrangements can be made if you happen to find yourself a little farther away. If you cannot come to our store, we'll bring our store to you!
